7/30/2024 The Woods is a clean, fresh, quiet, friendly 55+ apartment setting. It is a lovely setting with beautiful courtyard and community room. Value is good for the investment. Setting is secure and in a great location with easy access to freeway, downtown, shopping, dining, entertainment and Bonaminio Park. Pattie is a very responsive, friendly and kind leasing agent. 7/27/2024 I've lived at the Woods Senior Community for 9 months and I love it here! Everyone here is so nice! I love that we have get togethers in the Community room, where we have all kinds of things going on like Bingo, Potlucks, Coffee and Donuts, Movies, Cookie Decorating and more. Are Manager is Pattie and she is so nice so that's an added plus! If you're looking for a great Senior 55 and up, this is definitely the place you want to go! ~Jenny A.Riverside, CA
7/26/2024 My husband and I have lived here at The Woods in Riverside for 4 months......we love it here! The people are very nice and the management team shows genuine concern that things are taken care of in a timely manner. The activities are fun also! Food,movies, games and monthly meet and greet over coffee and pastries is great. The grounds as well as the inside of the facility are kept up very nicely. 7/26/2024 The Woods apartment complex is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and most importantly very soundproof. My neighbors cannot hear my obnoxious little dog barking - yes pets are allowed. And I cannot hear any noise from my neighbors. The buildings and grounds are clean and well maintained. There is an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. There is a community room for gatherings such as bingo, potlucks and meetings. Parking spaces are assigned. Pattie, the manager, is very responsive to any issues that come up. She is always cheerful and helpful. She is committed to making this a happy place to live. Living In The Woods (Poem) The Woods Apartment, All of us agree, Are a special place For you and me. There are many perks, Which you already know, Including close-up views Of Mount Rubidoux. Plus, there's a park Right across the stree Where we can walk and bike In cold weather or the heat. We have a courtyard And a community room, too, For social events And fun things to do.
